3 Section M
Factor 2: Past Performance, first line
Please define "job order style projects." Can past performance ONLY consist of JOC task orders? Do separate task orders within a JOC contract count as separate past performances? Or only the overall contract?
For the purpose of this contract, job order style projects are any projects that support minor construction, alteration, and repair of industrial, commercial, office, and utility projects. Seperate task orders performed on the same JOC contract will count as one and will not be looked at as seperate.
