A site visit for 15B50225Q00000039 is scheduled for March 06, 2025 at 9:00am Central Time at the Central Administration Building (CAB), 5430 Knauth Rd. Beaumont, TX 77705.

This is the only site visit scheduled. The site visit is not mandatory, however, all offerors are encouraged to attend.

NCIC background checks will be required for each participant attending this conference.

The authorization for release of information (Form BP-A0660 NCIC Check, Contractor Pre- Employment Form and Residency Requirement Certification Form, attached) shall be completed for each attendee and submitted to FCC Beaumont, no later than March 13, 2024 at 11:00am CST. Email all required forms to Logan Rogers, Engineering Technician at l2rogers@bop.gov. For questions on filling out the NCIC form, contact Mr. Logan Rogers at (409)727-8187 ext. 3397 or L2rogers@bop.gov.

The forms must include a cover letter indicating they are for 15B50225Q00000039 CAB Chiller Replacement, in addition to the following information:

• Company name and list/number of individuals from the company who will be attending.

• Phone number/point of contact for the company for notification of any NCICs that are denied.

NOTE: The FBOP is prohibited from divulging any information regarding any reasons for NCIC denials. Only the fact that a person has been denied will be communicated to the company point of contact.

All contractors approved to enter the institution for the pre-bid meeting must bring a photo ID and license plate number. The following items are not allowed: Weapons (including pocket knives), cell phones, pagers, radios, cameras, drugs, and alcohol.

Contractors will be permitted to wear jeans in the institution, however, shorts, green or khaki-color clothing will not be permitted. The clothing will be proper and suitable for the services that are being provided. You must bring a government-issued form of

ID to be allowed into the institution. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for security procedures.
