Additional services encompassed in the pricing schedule include floor preparation, furniture removal and reassembly (excluding technological equipment), modular systems furniture handling, and project management fees up to 20 percent of material costs. Labor rates must remain firm throughout the contract term and will be used to establish fixed prices for individual purchase orders as projects are identified.

The pricing sheet establishes that all materials, labor, equipment, travel, and expenses must be accounted for in the respondent's pricing submission. Materials and equipment for remedial repairs not covered under scheduled service will be invoiced on a cost-plus basis, with contractor markups not to exceed 25 percent. Invoices exceeding $500.00 must include copies of parts and materials receipts, and Williamson County reserves the right to request documentation verifying all pricing. Individual work order proposals will be negotiated and approved at the time of each work order award and will become fixed-price agreements. Respondents must provide emergency contact information and a primary contact for the submission, and failure to return the completed pricing sheet attachment will result in disqualification of the response.
