All proposals must be submitted in the requested format with signed Offer and Acceptance Forms, acknowledgment of amendments, and appropriate attachments. The District requires awarded vendors to complete the Scottsdale Unified School District's Data Security and Confidentiality Agreement within seven days of award. Proposals from offerors determined to be non-responsible or non-responsive may be set aside without further evaluation, and the District will not consider partial offers.
