About this file
This document provides responses to questions from offerors on a solicitation for replacing failed septic tank and drainfield systems at Pinnacles National Park in California. The National Park Service is seeking offers for demolishing and abandoning existing wastewater facilities and constructing new ones in the East Side Campground located approximately 25 miles south of Tres Pino. Offerors must provide all labor, equipment, testing, and supplies to complete the work per specifications and drawings. No work may occur between November 1 and April 30. The project range is estimated between $1 million and $5 million. The NAICS code is 237110 with a size standard of $39.5 million in annual gross receipts. The contract type is firm-fixed price. This acquisition is set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. Questions are due by June 29 and a site visit is scheduled for that date at 1 pm Pacific time. Offers should be submitted through the System for Award Management.
The document provides responses to questions received, including the capacities of existing septic tanks and a specification for grease traps called out in the construction documents.
