About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document (Amendment 0001) for RFQ #140P5126R0008 issued by Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area for maintenance repairs of unpaved roads.
The document addresses two clarifications to the solicitation. First, regarding mobilization and Notice to Proceed requirements, the contractor shall begin performance within fourteen days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed, with the Statement of Work to be updated prior to award to align with this timeline (the original solicitation contained conflicting references to 10 and 14 days). Second, concerning work hours, the document clarifies that normal work hours are 08:00am through 4:30pm EDT, correcting a typographical error in Section H.7 of the solicitation that incorrectly stated 07:00am through 3:30pm.
