About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document (Amendment 002) for federal contract 140P4326Q0051 addressing Requests for Information (RFIs) 11-14.
The document clarifies four key aspects of the contract: (1) tax exemption status—government contracts are exempt from taxes when purchasing items required for contract performance, with tax exempt forms to be provided post-award; (2) contract locations—three primary sites including Charlestown Navy Yard (all ground and building areas), Dorchester Heights (grounds and monument), and Bunker Hill locations (Bunker Hill Museum, Lodge, Monument, and Grounds), as detailed in general information #1 on page 1 of the Statement of Work (SOW); (3) budget structure—the $100,000.00 Not to Exceed budget encompasses emergency calls, contingency work, and the full scope of work as defined; and (4) scope of work—the SOW contains the complete definition of needed work and priority items, with no additional prioritization list provided separately.
