About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) #005 for FODO 253278, containing five key clarification questions and responses related to a potential contract opportunity. The RFI addresses proposal formatting, past performance documentation, base bid line items, and equipment reuse guidelines. Key details include: no specified font requirements for proposals (refer to Sections L and M), confirmation that projects nearing completion can be used for past performance, validation that base bid line items are mutually inclusive and will be awarded together, and guidance on reusing previously installed equipment and materials, with the contractor responsible for proper reinstallation and workmanship warranty while not warranting reused materials. The final question confirms that the awarded contractor will determine the viability of reusing existing materials, with no predefined list of reusable or non-reusable items available from the owner.
