About this file
This document is a specification for selective structure demolition at the CHOH 245002 287711 project site. The work includes demolition and removal of selected site elements such as lock stone walls. The contractor must carefully remove and salvage any historic items found during demolition. The contractor must submit qualifications, a demolition schedule and plan, and inventory of salvaged items. Work must comply with EPA regulations and safety standards. Upon completion, the contractor must clean the site and dispose of debris in designated areas. The related federal contract opportunity is for demolition of lock stone walls at the same CHOH 245002 287711 project site.
