2. Questions asked and responses give:
1. Will equipment be required to be inspected daily?
a. No, equipment must be inspected before entering the park and as long as it remains in the park it does not have to be re-inspected. If it leaves the park, it will need to be inspected again before entering.

a. No, no lodging within the park will be provided. Contractors are responsible for finding their own lodging if needed.

a. No, unless the drawings specifically call out to “salvage” items, all waste much be disposed of properly as defined in the specs.
4. Do the RV sites have a concrete pad?
a. No, the RV sites are mostly gravel with some wood framing the site. Any disturbance to the sites must be restored to pre-construction conditions.
5. To maintain vehicle access on chief’s head road, can work and disturbance go off-road?
a. All work and disturbance must remain in the defined Limits of Disturbance as shown on the contract drawings. On chief’s head road, this does include an area off the road. As stated in the contract documents, vehicle access must be maintained where noted. This is especially critical on chief’s head road as it is the only road that provides access to park and regional wildland firefighter buildings and access must be maintained for emergency purposes. This includes some oversized firefighting vehicles.
