About this file

This is a Vendor Question and Answer document for Solicitation 140L1726Q0009, a Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Colorado State Office procurement for kiosk sign panel installation. The document addresses eight vendor inquiries regarding project specifications and scope clarifications.

The project requires the contractor to provide and install 48" x 48" enclosed sign panels compatible with existing RockArt kiosk systems already constructed in the field. Panels must be RockArt brand or fully compatible alternatives; no other brands are acceptable. The contractor bears full responsibility for providing all materials and performing the installation work. The scope is limited to providing the information panels and attaching them to pre-installed kiosk frames; the contractor is not responsible for installing graphics, documents, maps, or additional signage, as BLM field staff will handle that installation at a later date. The government indicated willingness to evaluate flexibility regarding the period of performance, with any approved changes to be issued via formal amendment. All vendor questions must be submitted to the Contract Specialist listed in the solicitation by the posted cutoff date, and official responses will be issued only through amendment to ensure equal access for all offerors.

Are all panels 48" x 48" as listed in RockArt’s 03-603 panel description?

Yes. All required panels are 48" x 48".

Correct, however no documents or information will be attached to the panels for this requirement.

Government Response:

The Government will evaluate period-of-performance flexibility. Any change would be issued via formal amendment if approved.
