About this file
This is a Quote Price Schedule and Schedule of Work Deliverables template for a pavement repaving project on the Headwaters FR Trail under solicitation 140L1226Q0019 issued by the Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management California Region.
The project encompasses nine primary tasks: Mobilization, Full Depth Repairs (3,000 SF), Surface Preparation (56,940 SF), Tack Coat application (56,940 SF), Dense-graded HMA asphalt overlay conforming to FHWA FP-14 Section 403 specifications using PG 64-10 binder in a 1.5-inch compacted lift (56,940 SF), Shoulder Backing with 2-inch compacted Class II base and one-foot tapers on either side (11,388 LF), Compaction Testing (8 production days), Quality Control, and Site Restoration/Demobilization. Contractors must provide completed Quote Price Schedules with unit prices and total prices for each CLIN, submit technical proposals, and include GANTT charts showing concurrent and overlapping tasks along with contingency and emergency response plans. Material estimates indicate approximately 750 tons of dense-graded HMA (combining full-depth repairs and overlay), 600 gallons of tack coat, 150 tons of Class II base, and 2,500 pounds of crack seal for areas not designated for full-depth repair. This template requires contractors to elaborate on pricing and scheduling as appropriate for their offeror submittal packages.
