About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers Log for a Request for Proposal (RFP), containing three submitted questions from Low Mountain on 11/17/2025. The questions address administrative and technical details related to a renovation project, with responses provided by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) on 11/18/2025.
The first question sought clarification on the SF30 form's availability, with a response indicating all forms and amendments are accessible on SAM.gov. The second question inquired about potential work outside the Statement of Work (SOW), to which the COR emphasized that all proposed work should be detailed in project design documents and submitted for approval, with the project's intent being a complete renovation to modernize and ensure building code compliance. The third question concerned asbestos testing protocols, and the response specified that the contractor is responsible for hazardous materials testing, reporting, and disposal, including submission of all relevant permits and receipts.
