This is a Pre-Bid Meeting notice for Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. 2026-036 issued by the Town of Palm Beach, Florida, for the furnishing and installation of palm trees along the 400 block of Peruvian Avenue. The project requires the installation of approximately eleven (11) Royal Palm trees (Roystonea regia) with 25 feet of canopy trunk and approximately five (5) Green Malayan Coconut Palm trees (Cocos nucifera) with 15 feet of canopy trunk in the right of way. All plant material must meet "Florida No. 1" grade or equivalent standards and be free from pests, diseases, and mechanical trunk damage. The contractor must supply all materials, labor, tree bracing, and locates. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams, with attendance strongly encouraged to allow bidders to seek clarification directly from the Contract Coordinator and Town staff. This meeting represents the only formal forum for direct communication regarding the project.

The Town of Palm Beach will accept bids exclusively through the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) eProcurement platform linked to the Town website. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets all stated requirements and criteria. The contractor must warrant the survival of all planted palms for one year from the date of substantial completion, with the warranty excluding Acts of God such as hurricanes and freezes, as well as damages resulting from owner neglect including insufficient watering. The Town reserves the right to award to the bidder best serving its interests and to accept or reject any and all bids submitted.
