* Ammo Shipments do not deduct from TMO inbound/outbound estimates ** Any locations not identified in this table fall into the “Other” category and shall be support by the contractor
NOTE 1: all workloads shall be prioritized in the manner outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) Section 2-6, paragraph 37
NOTE 2: Clarification on Terminology
a. Shipment: Shipment: Property tendered by one shipper and accepted by the carrier, at one place of origin, and at one time, for one consignee, to one destination, and covered by one Bill of Lading, TCMD, Airway Bill or Manifest. The shipment will only count as one shipment even if multiple forms of the above are utilized.
b. Inbound vs. Outbound: Workload estimates may include a mixture of both for the month (e.g., may exceed outbound estimates if inbound estimates remain available). In the event both inbound and outbound estimates exceed month, additional work may be billed to overtime for that month.
c. Vehicles and Containers: Vehicles and containers as defined by the DTR 4500.9-R Part VI unloaded or uploaded; regardless of size or nature of cargo that requires the TMO personnel to physically remove the cargo from the delivery vehicle(s) or containers with their own equipment. This is inclusive of commercial delivery trucks and loading/unloading of the inside of containers. Containers
d. Ammunitions Support: All necessary TMO functions and materials to complete ammunitions outloads in accordance with PWS, Note 3, and local OI, MOU references in the contract.
NOTE 3: Ammunitions support workload can vary wildly with the contractor acknowledging that these shipments may occur 50 - 100 times a year. A separate billable CLIN (CLIN X006) shall be used to cover transportations costs to sites where the contractor does not have a permanent presence. For sites where there is a permanent contractor TMO function, the contractor shall perform work without deducting from TMO workload estimates and without billing the separate Ammo CLIN (CLIN X0006). Any significant issues in handling the excess workload for that month shall be handled via minimal overtime and with maximum efficiency by the contractor.
NOTE 4: On base movements will not count towards workload estimates and must be performed by contractor.
NOTE 5: If estimates are not met every month, remaining quantities will be available for use for other types of shipments. There will be zero carry-over of remaining estimates.
NOTE 6: Splitting of TCNs will be IAW receivers request and/or written guidance by the government.
NOTE 7: All shipment must be tracked in a single category.
NOTE 8: Exercise support shipments of WRM which includes rolling stock and vehicles that require shipment.
NOTE 9: This contract section is allowed to use CAP/M CLIN to meet material requirements.
NOTE 10: USFK “ALL ACCESS” shall be required for TMO members supporting Ammo Movements
