About this file
Attachment 3 is a Post-Operational Check List form designed for use after crane service operations. The standardized document provides a comprehensive seven-point inspection protocol for technicians to systematically verify the condition and safety of equipment and work areas following crane operations. The checklist requires technicians to confirm the clearance of ships, docks, and work areas of debris, and to conduct detailed inspections of critical crane components including the panzer belt, gantry components, and spreader/lifting devices.
The form includes columns for recording "Yes", "No", or "N/A" responses to each inspection item, with a dedicated "Recommendations" column for noting any findings or required actions. The document is intended to ensure thorough post-operational documentation and maintenance of crane equipment, with a final instruction to "REPORT ALL POSTOP FINDINGS". Space is provided at the top of the form to record specific details such as date, manufacturer, technician name, location, serial number, and model number, allowing for precise tracking and documentation of each crane's service completion.
