CAR 1352.213-70 EVALUATION UTILIZING SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION
PROCEDURES (APR 2010)
The Government intends to award multiple IDIQ contracts and one task order in response to this solicitation. The Task Order will be issued to one MATOC contractor. Contractors are not required to submit a quote on the initial Task Order to be considered for award of a base MATOC. The Government reserves the right not to award a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) depending on the quality of the quotes submitted.
Q7: QUESTION: Section C of the Solicitation, which identifies type of contract, indicates this is an IDIQ MATOC (five year). Is it your intent to award a MATOC five year contract based on responses to subject solicitation, including quotations for NOAA ship Sette?
A7: Yes, we anticipate awarding a MATOC for Dockside Ship Repair Services in the Hawaii Region. The Sette Dockside is anticipated to be the first/seed task order under this MATOC.
Q8: May I have permission to access this file?
