Contractor to make necessary corrections. Ensure that pollution control measures are in place before areas are disturbed.

2. Ensure the correct addresses have been marked and identified for demolition. Ensure trees to remain have been flagged prior to commencing clearing or demo activities.

3. Ensure OSHA safety measures are in place and Contractor is wearing hardhat at all times while in the construction work limits.

4. Observe excavation operations and all earthfill construction for compliance with the plans, the applicable specifications, and the safety requirements. Witness contractor’s fill placement measures to ensure proper compactions are being achieved. Observe dewatering of pits or basements if applicable.

5. Observe sealing of sewer mains and ensure methods follow City of West Haven requirements. Ensure

Contractor allows for proper sealant set time before backfilling trenches.

6. Observe and verify that any septic pumping or well decommissioning activities are performed by a qualified professional.

7. Obtain soil laboratory analysis from Contractor for approval by COR prior to obtaining sources of earthfill or topsoil. Verify source of topsoil on-site meets source approved by COR.

Verify seed tags on-site match seed mix approved by COR prior to seeding. Observe seed application follows prescribed application rate outlined in Conservation Practice Implementation
