Group met at Site 1 at 10:00. Information provided was:

1. This is a picture of the repair to the crossing under the lake that shows how far out the line is from the existing pathway. It is the best information available on where the line might leave and reconnect to the bike path.

Site 2: The Forest Service is looking at an alternative installation location for the new bathroom between the parking lot and amphitheater. If approved, revised plans will be issued next week.

This does not change the demolition scope of work at site 2 but potentially provides an easier location for a crane to access.

Site 2: The USFS does not have a preferred vendor for the pre-fabricated vault toilet. CXT, Boom Concrete, and Jensen Precast manufacture units that meet the USFS Specifications.

Site 4: Existing empty electrical conduit can be used for float wiring if it is still intact all the way between the well and water tank. Repairs can be made on that line instead of placing new conduit. Assume it is too compromised and bid trenching for new conduit per plans.

Site 4: An abandoned pipe was observed rising up inside the water tank. If it is not in use, it can be removed for the optional tank sealing bid item

General. Evaluations will be based on submitting adequate responses to all required items in the solicitation. Past performance on utility line placement, paving, installation of prefabricated buildings, construction of simple structures, and water tank sealing should be indicated.
