May 20, 2026

Solicitation 127EAT26Q0038, Regional Office HVAC Maintenance, Region 5, is amended as follows:

A site visit was held on May 6, 2026 at the Regional Office. The following were attendees:

Individual Company/Organization Shannon Hacker SH Mechanical Inc.

Jimmy Johnson Bell Products Joe Pieffers Bay Air Systems Marc DePrietis Bay Air Systems Karina Monzo Monzo HVAC Eoin Newby A & B Mechanical Charles Anderson Flores HVAC & Construction Humberto Castaneda EssayonVeteran Services

The following questions and answers are being provided for informational or clarification purposes only.

1) 3.1.4 / 3.2.4 calls for the cleaning, clearing and or replacing of drain pans, strainers, filter, condensate lines, and traps. Can a quantity of these items that need replacement be provided?

RESPONSE: 3.1.4 - No replacements. RESPONSE: 3.2.4 – No replacements - Both systems are in working order.

2) 3.3.3.1 says to inspect 7-8 VAVs every quarter. To my knowledge, there are over 140 VAV’s at this facility. Please advise as this schedule would take 4.5 years to inspect all VAV’s.

RESPONSE: We want this to be a controlled inventoried investigation per quarter. While achieving completion of this review by the end of the contract. Due to spreading this out, it should be expensed based on the quarterly request.

3) 3.4.4 requires 2 times annually. Please advise as industry norm is once per year unless there are known issues.

RESPONSE: Meet industrial standard.

4) 3.2.6 States to clean the condenser coils. No condenser coils are in these rooms, only chilled water coils. Please advise RESPONSE: We meant chilled water coils.

5) 3.3.1 Will recalibration of existing VFD’s be required?

RESPONSE: Not a requested requirement. This could be a suggestion for a future repair, or replacement.

RESPONSE: List of belts removed, see above. Belt part numbers will be provided by the Facilities Department. This will need to be captured in inspections and handled as a CWN repair on the schedule of items.

8) 3.4.1 Calls for monthly maintenance to the cooling tower. The pricing schedule only calls for quarterly visits. Please advise RESPONSE: Correct this will be quarterly.

9) 3.7.7.1 Can clarity to this line item be provided. What Is this time estimation for?

RESPONSE: The estimated 16 hrs. per six months only applies to the filters semi-annual replacements, and 24 hrs. applies to bag and regular filters for annual replacements.

10) 3.3.5 calls for the filters to be replaced every 6 months. Normally pleated filters are replaced quarterly, and bag filters are replaced annually. Please advise RESPONSE: Pleated MERV 13 filters will be replaced every 6 months, and bag filters will be replaced once every 12 months.

11) 3.7.4. is this to include the treatment and testing of the water loop for the CRAC units?

RESPONSE: Not required.

12) Pricing Schedule / SOW / HVAC Service Table. The scope of work does not give a singular defined schedule for tasks or defined timeline that correlates the pricing schedule. Please advise.

RESPONSE: Within the SOW (anything stating monthly should reflect quarterly), these services should be calculated based on the criteria within the provided information and broken down by quarter (is the main base line) in the Schedule of Items, semi-annual is only capturing things you’ll do additionally to the quarterly baseline, and same for annual.
