About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for the Herman Gulch Toilet Replacement project in the Arapaho & Roosevelt National Forests & Pawnee National Grassland. The document addresses two key questions from a potential contractor: the project's start date and bonding requirements. The Forest Service indicates flexibility with the start date but prefers conducting the installation in the fall, acknowledging the 120-150 day lead time for the toilet. The agency also confirms that both a bid and performance bond will be required for the project.
