About this file
This is a Form F Certification Regarding Lobbying document related to a Texas Service of Process (SoP) Request for Proposal issued by the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) to solicit vendors for the Child Support Division to provide service of process services in-state, nationwide, and international locations. The certification form establishes compliance requirements for Federal appropriated funds and lobbying activities in connection with Federal contracts, grants, loans, and cooperative agreements. The document requires the respondent to certify that no Federal appropriated funds have been or will be paid to influence Federal agency officers, Members of Congress, or Congressional employees regarding the award of Federal contracts or related transactions.
The form includes provisions requiring disclosure of any non-Federal funds paid for lobbying activities through Standard Form LLL and mandates that all sub-awards and subcontractors include identical certification language and comply with disclosure requirements. Submission of this certification is a prerequisite for transaction execution, and failure to file required certifications subjects entities to civil penalties ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 per violation. The form provides space for the respondent's signature, printed name, title, date, and organization, with an estimated completion time of 10 minutes per response as noted in the Paperwork Reduction Act statement.
