TO THE NORTHWEST BERGEN COUNTY UTILITIES AUTHORITY:

The undersigned Bidder proposes and agrees, if this Bid is accepted, to enter into an agreement with Owner in the form included in the Procurement Documents to perform the disposal of incinerator ash as specified or indicated in the Procurement Documents for the Contract Price and within the Contract Time indicated in this Bid and in accordance with the Procurement Documents.

It is understood that the Total Price for the entire contract stated by the undersigned in the Schedule is based on the unit prices bid in the awarding of the contract.

Bidder also accepts the provisions of the agreement as to liquidated damages in the event of failure to dispose of incinerator ash within the time stipulated.
