Question
Response
Did this change the solicitation?
Samples were submitted for Competitive Solicitation No. 00619 and these samples will be utilized for Competitive Solicitation No. 05719. Would you please advise if the State will hold these samples for utilization under the new solicitation?
Bidders should communicate with the procurement coordinator, Mo Tabor, via email through the DESGandSTeamC@des.wa.gov, that they want the samples submitted for solicitation 00619 to be used for solicitation 05719, then the State will do so. If a statement is not submitted by bidders to that effect the state will expect bidders to provide samples, per the solicitation instructions.

If not, how do we coordinate getting the samples back so we can re-submit them under the new solicitation?
