About this file
This document contains multiple Wisconsin state contracts for Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) services for American Sign Language (ASL). The State of Wisconsin Department of Administration has executed separate contracts with three vendors: Interpreters Unlimited, Inc. (Contract #505ENT-M18-VRIFORASL-01), Bromberg & Associates (Contract #505ENT-M18-VRIFORASL-02), and Language Service Associates, Inc. (Contract #505ENT-M18-VRIFORASL-04). Each contract follows the standard Wisconsin Services Contract template and includes corresponding bidder required forms from each vendor.
The contracts establish statewide access to video remote interpreting services for American Sign Language interpretation across Wisconsin state agencies. Each contract has an initial term of two years from the effective date with eligibility for two additional one-year renewals, providing potential coverage for up to four years total. The State may terminate contracts with 30 days written notice for cause or 30 days notice for convenience, while contractors may terminate with 120 days written notice. The contracts include standard insurance requirements, confidentiality provisions, and compliance with Wisconsin's Work Center Law requiring agencies to purchase goods and services from certified work centers when available. All three vendors agreed to participate in Wisconsin's Cooperative Purchasing Service, allowing Wisconsin municipalities to utilize these contracts for their own ASL interpretation needs.

Wisconsin statutes (s. 16.73, Wis. Stats.) establish authority to allow Wisconsin municipalities to purchase from state contracts. A “municipality” is defined as any county, city, village, town, school district, board of school directors, sewer district, drainage district, vocational, technical and adult education district, or any other public body having the authority to award public contracts (s. 16.70(8), Wis. Stats.). Federally recognized Indian tribes and bands in this state may participate in cooperative purchasing with the state or any municipality under ss. 66.0301(1) and (2), Wis. Stats.

Bidder: Please indicate your willingness to furnish the commodities or services to Wisconsin municipalities by checking the appropriate box below.
I Agree to furnish the commodities or services of this bid/proposal to Wisconsin municipalities with any special conditions noted below.
