The performance of other work requirements shall be accomplished within the Government’s regular working hours unless the specific work requirement specified herein necessitates otherwise. Any other work outside Government regular working hours must be authorized by the KO prior to commencement of work.

Observed Federal Holidays
The Government observes the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr.’s Birthday, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth Day Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans’ Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Likewise, Performance Standards specified at a lower digit level (i.e. spec item 3.1.1, 3.1.2, 3.1.2.1) apply when performance is assessed at a higher tier (i.e., spec item 3.1) based on the composite work requirements.

2.3

Key members of the prime and sub-contractor teams, including senior management personnel must participate. The partnership will draw on the strength of each organization in an effort to achieve quality contract services done right the first time, within the contract price, as scheduled, and without any safety mishaps.
