About this file

This is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) document for On-Call Aerial Pole Services issued by the State of Oregon. The ITB seeks qualified contractors to provide on-call aerial pole services, which may include installation, maintenance, repair, and inspection of aerial poles and related infrastructure. The procurement is structured as an on-call contract, allowing the state to request services as needed over the contract term. Specific response deadlines and due dates for bid submissions are outlined in the document, though exact dates should be verified within the ITB itself. The contract will include a defined initial term with potential renewal options to be exercised at the state's discretion. Any required site visits or bidders' conferences are detailed in the document to allow interested contractors to familiarize themselves with project requirements and ask clarifying questions.

The ITB establishes pricing terms and conditions that bidders must follow in their proposals, including rate structures for various service categories. The document may specify any set-asides for small businesses or disadvantaged contractors, as well as identify any incumbent contractors currently providing these services. Funding for the contract will be provided through state appropriations or designated revenue sources, with amounts determined based on actual service demands throughout the contract period. Additional requirements regarding insurance, bonding, equipment specifications, and contractor qualifications are included to ensure service quality and compliance with state standards and regulations.
