Notice of Intent to Award for On-Call Aerial Pole Services

This is a Notice of Intent to Award for on-call aerial pole services issued by an Oregon state or local government agency. The contract opportunity seeks vendors capable of providing aerial pole services on an as-needed basis. The solicitation was conducted through an Invitation to Bid process to identify qualified contractors who can respond to service requests throughout the contract term. The notice indicates the agency's intent to award the contract to a selected bidder following the completion of the bidding process and evaluation period.

The notice formalizes the agency's decision to move forward with contract award to the successful bidder for on-call aerial pole services. Specific pricing, contract duration, renewal options, and detailed scope of work terms would be outlined in the related Invitation to Bid document and resulting contract agreement. This type of on-call arrangement provides the agency with flexible access to aerial pole services as operational needs arise during the contract period.
