About this file
This is a Price Increase Percentages Attachment (Attachment #13) for the Arizona Department of Transportation's On Call Transit Consultant Services procurement (Solicitation No. BPM007068). The attachment establishes the framework for price increase requests during contract renewal periods, allowing offerors to specify maximum percentage increases for up to four renewal periods. The contract term extends for twelve months with potential renewals extending the total contract period to forty-eight months. Offerors must submit numerical values only representing the maximum price increase percentage they may request at each renewal period, with proposals due by September 10, 2025.
The pricing structure requires offerors to enter separate maximum increase percentages for each of the four potential renewal periods, with each percentage calculated against the original contract price rather than the previous renewal period's price. The example provided demonstrates this calculation method: if an offeror enters 2%, 4%, 6%, and 8% for renewal periods one through four respectively, the actual dollar increases would be based on the original contract baseline. The State of Arizona does not automatically grant requested increases upon renewal; offerors requesting increases must provide documentation of need at the time of renewal. Reimbursement for services will be based on hourly rates for actual work performed, with the contract funded through federal transit programs including FTA Sections 5311, 5310, and 5305. The procurement establishes a 0.00% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise contract goal, though DBE participation is encouraged.

Rev. 06/2022
The offeror should use the space below to identify the maximum price increase percentage that they may want to request at the time of renewal if ADOT exercises its option per the applicable provisions under any resultant contract(s). Please enter a response in numerical form only in the space provided, do not alter the form with additional text.
1st Renewal Period ___________________% Maximum Increase
2nd Renewal Period ___________________% Maximum Increase
3rd Renewal Period ___________________% Maximum Increase
4th Renewal Period ___________________% Maximum Increase
The offeror is cautioned that each renewal period’s increase percentage shall be computed against the ORIGINAL contract price. If information is not provided in the space above, prices shall remain the same as the original contract term. Please see the following example for further clarification.
Example: If the offeror anticipates requesting a 2% increase at each renewal period per Special Terms and Conditions, they should enter 2%, 4%, 6%, and 8% in the attachment.
Each percentage increase is calculated using the original contract price. See example in table below.
