WATER TAXI SERVICE

The National Park Service (NPS), Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GOGA), located in San Francisco County, California, has a requirement for a water taxi service to transport small groups of NPS staff and partners between San Francisco and Alcatraz Island.
The water taxi service site is located in the San Francisco Bay, 1.5 miles (2.4 km) offshore from San Francisco, California. The period of performance is from June 15, 2020, through December 1, 2020.
This procurement is set-aside for Total Small Business concerns only. All responsible sources with Small Business status may submit a proposal which, if timely received, will be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 483212; the small business size standard is 500 employees. The Government intends to award a single, fixed price contract.
Award selection shall be made on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable determination made after consideration of price and factors other than price.
The RFQ will be available via electronic commerce only and may be accessed on or about June 1, 2020 at either SAM/FBO: beta.SAM.gov (now referred to as Contract Opportunities) or FedConnect: http://www.fedconnect.net. The prospective Offeror is responsible for periodically checking these websites for any amendments that may be issued prior to the closing date of the RFQ.
SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT: Offerors shall be required to have a DUNS number and an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) in order to conduct business with the Federal Government. Offerors will be required to complete online Representations and Certifications at the SAM website.

The Federal Contract Opportunity requires a contractor to provide boat charter and accommodation services for the Petersburg Ranger District (PRD) to conduct daily wilderness, special uses, and archeological monitoring at the Tebenkof Bay Wilderness Area and West Kuiu Island. The contractor will also be responsible for collecting and hauling marine debris from remote shores back to Petersburg for disposal. The contract will be performed from 15 April 2024 to 31 August 2024, and the government will award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) service contract.

Transportation of up to 6 passengers from Petersburg to the Tebenkof Bay Wilderness Area and West Kuiu Island

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN) is seeking information from interested parties to provide water taxi and utility boat services to support the USS Gerald R. Ford during a DEPERM (Deperming) event at Norfolk Naval Base. The required services include transporting approximately 500 sailors between Pier 11 and the Delta Pier, as well as providing a utility/emergency vessel to remain on-site 24/7 during the 13-23 July 2024 period of performance. Respondents should provide details on their company, relevant experience, and small business utilization capabilities. Responses are due by 7:00 AM on June 10, 2024, and the applicable NAICS code is 483212 Inland Water Passenger Transportation.
Paragraph 2:
This procurement is not set aside for any specific business size. The government is conducting market research to determine if the requirements could be met by small businesses. If the acquisition is set aside for small businesses, the Limitations on Subcontracting clause (FAR 52.219-14 Deviation 2020-O0008) will apply. COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION:

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number is W50S8T-21-Q-0005 Personal Watercraft with Trailer and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) in accordance with the requirements of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and using the procedures of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06 dated June 10, 2021. This Personal Watercraft with Trailer requirement is being solicited under NAICS code 483212, Inland Water Passenger Transportation and PSC 1910, Transport Vessels, Passenger and Troop. The award resulting from this solicitation will be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
This acquisition currently has no Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) ratings. The Offeror is required to have a current and active Contractor registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) website, https://sam.gov.
