The contract period runs from March 15, 2026, through March 14, 2029, with possible optional extensions of up to six months, and the minimum quantity of services ordered shall not be less than $2,500.00 with a maximum total contract value not to exceed $760,000.00 across all task orders. The National Park Service (NPS) anticipates awarding up to three (3) firm-fixed-price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. Grand Canyon National Park (GRCA) requires River Logistics support services, as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and associated supporting documents, including applicable Appendices and the Wage Determination.

This acquisition is 100% set aside for Total Small Business.
