About this opportunity

Dallas Independent School District (Dallas ISD) is seeking proposals for a comprehensive Workers' Compensation 504 Health Care Program Management services contract. The procurement covers three primary service areas: 504 Network Program Administration, Medical Case Management, and Cost Containment for district-wide use on an as-needed basis. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations (2CFR) Part 200 and is applicable to local, state, federal, and grant-funded programs. The contract term is structured for an initial three-year period with potential for two successive one-year extensions, not to exceed five years total. Vendors must submit their proposals by January 22, 2026, with the opportunity open to all vendors, including sole source providers. Evaluation criteria and specific submission requirements are detailed in the attached solicitation documents, particularly the Scope of Work document (RFP SW-208315).

The procurement appears to have no specific set-aside designations or strict restrictions on respondent types, encouraging broad participation from various vendors. Interested parties must complete several required forms, including a W9, Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, and Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295). While specific budget ranges are not explicitly stated, the comprehensive nature of the services suggests a potentially significant contract value. Vendors will need to demonstrate expertise in workers' compensation health care management, including network administration, medical case management, and cost containment strategies. The district reserves the right to negotiate contract terms and may require vendors to integrate with existing district infrastructure and technological systems. Potential vendors should carefully review all attached documentation, including the DISD General Terms and Conditions and Solicitation Instructions, to ensure full compliance with the procurement requirements.
