Contractors must comply with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, the E-Verify employment verification program, and City of Phoenix Equal Employment Opportunity requirements. Insurance requirements are substantial, including Commercial General Liability with a $2,000,000 general aggregate limit, Automobile Liability with a $1,000,000 combined single limit, and Workers' Compensation with statutory limits. The City reserves the right to make multiple contract awards and does not guarantee a specific amount of work. Contractors must also maintain a comprehensive heat safety and mitigation plan, comply with background screening requirements, and maintain appropriate licenses and permits throughout the contract term.
