About this opportunity
The University of Georgia is soliciting a Request for Quote (RFQ) for general printing services through a campus-wide procurement process under the State Purchasing Act. This competitive bidding opportunity is specifically targeted at securing comprehensive printing services for the university, with detailed specifications outlined in the attached bid documentation. Potential vendors must submit comprehensive pricing that encompasses all applicable costs for products and services, adhering strictly to the provided specifications. The procurement is open to qualified suppliers who can demonstrate the ability to meet the university's printing requirements, with proposals due by December 4, 2025. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted exclusively through the Questions function within the solicitation platform, with direct communication restricted to the University of Georgia Procurement Office. The evaluation criteria will focus on identifying the lowest, most responsive, and responsible supplier that meets all specified requirements.
While the solicitation does not explicitly mention specific set-aside designations or restrictions for disadvantaged enterprises, the University of Georgia reserves significant flexibility in its award process. The procurement allows for multiple potential outcomes, including selecting one or more suppliers for the contract, awarding all items to a single or multiple suppliers, or allocating individual line items or product subcategories to different vendors based on what best serves the State of Georgia's interests. The contract will be established with an initial term and potential renewal options as detailed in the Agency Contract Cover Sheet. Although specific budget ranges are not provided, the comprehensive nature of the campus-wide printing services suggests a potentially significant contract value. The solicitation emphasizes the university's commitment to finding the most advantageous procurement solution that meets both technical requirements and cost-effectiveness.
