The State of Delaware, Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Fish and Wildlife is requesting bids for trout to supply the Trout Stocking Program under ITB NAT26001TROUT, with bids due September 24, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. local time and public bid opening at that same date and time. The scope is provision of trout for Delaware's stocking program. The contract period runs one year from November 16, 2026 through November 15, 2027, with three optional one-year renewal periods available through negotiation if renegotiation is initiated no later than 90 days prior to contract termination. Prices shall remain firm for the contract term; vendors may offer lower pricing at any time during the contract period.
