The specification references the Sullivan-Palatek D185PIZ4 as an indicative model or approved equal. Delivery must occur within 90 days of purchase order receipt to 33 Smokey Bear Boulevard, Concord, NH 03301, with vendors required to provide 48 hours' notice prior to delivery and two hours of on-site startup instruction if needed. Award will be made to the responsible vendor submitting a conforming bid meeting all specifications at the lowest total cost, with all delivery costs and other expenses included in the bid price on an F.O.B. Destination basis.
No set-asides or restrictions on vendor eligibility have been specified in this solicitation, and no incumbent vendors or current contractors are identified. All equipment must be new and of current model year, not used, rebuilt, refurbished, or demonstration units.
