All work must comply with National Electrical Code, NFPA Standards, UL Standards, State Requirements for Educational Facilities, and OSHA Standards.
The contract value is approximately $501,000, with a separate $50,000 contingency line item (no markup allowed on contingency; maximum 15% cumulative markup on all change work). Payment is structured as 25% at 25% completion, 50% at 50% completion, 75% at 75% completion, with 10% retainage upon punch-list completion and receipt of closeout documents.
