The District anticipates allocating a maximum of $1,000 per student per academic year. Proponents must submit firm, fixed hourly rates for each service category and delivery method, with all rates covering labor, travel, materials, insurance, administrative costs, overhead, and equipment. Multiple awards are intended; the District reserves the right to make one award or no award.
The initial contract term is one year, automatically renewable for two successive one-year terms. Proponents must have a minimum of five years of experience successfully implementing supplemental educational services, maintain comprehensive general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 and worker's compensation insurance, and comply with E-Verify and Illegal Immigration Reform and Enforcement Act requirements. Evaluation criteria include executive summary (5%), methodology and approach (20%), experience and qualifications (20%), experience on other projects (15%), organizational and financial capability (20%), cost proposal (15%), and Small Local Business Enterprise participation (5%), with additional points for oral presentations scheduled June 5–9, 2023.
