About this opportunity

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing Request for Bid (RFB) 113-26 for the purchase of one spiral mixer unit to be delivered to the New Hampshire Department of Corrections, located at 3 McGuire Street, Concord, NH 03301. The procurement seeks a Doyon Model AEF050 Spiral Mixer or equivalent with a minimum 175-pound capacity, programmable digital control, cast iron frame with enamel coated steel finish, and included dough hook. This is a one-time purchase order with no renewal options, and successful vendors must complete delivery within fourteen days of purchase order receipt. Bid prices must remain firm throughout the contract period, be quoted in U.S. dollars, and include all delivery costs on an F.O.B. Destination basis with no additional charges permitted after submission. Vendor questions must be submitted by March 25, 2026, at 4:00 PM, with bids due by April 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time, and bid opening conducted electronically via Microsoft Teams. The State will evaluate bids based on conformance to specifications and lowest cost, and the successful vendor must provide a warranty covering 100 percent of parts, shipping, labor, travel, lodging, and expenses for a minimum of one year or the manufacturer's standard warranty period, whichever is greater.

Vendors must be registered to conduct business in New Hampshire and maintain a completed vendor application package with the Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to award. Payment will be made via ACH transfer thirty days after invoice receipt at the agency business office or upon delivery, inspection, and acceptance of items, whichever is later. The procurement documents do not identify any set-aside designations for disadvantaged enterprises, incumbent vendors, or current contractors. No specific budget range or award value is disclosed in the bid documents; however, pricing will be determined by competitive bidding with the State reserving the right to reject any or all bids. The State awards contracts to vendors submitting conforming bids meeting all specifications at the lowest cost, and all charges including special surcharges and fuel fees must be incorporated into the bid price at submission.
