About this file
This is Addendum #1 to Bid Invitation 113-26 issued by the State of New Hampshire, Division of Procurement and Support Services, for the New Hampshire Department of Corrections. The addendum addresses four vendor questions regarding the procurement of one spiral mixer unit with a minimum 175-pound capacity for delivery to the Department of Corrections facility in Concord. Key clarifications include confirmation that drop-shipment tailgate delivery to the designated location is acceptable, that the required electrical power specification is 208-240 Volt/60/3-phase, that no factory representative on-site training is required, and that the 175-pound specification refers to finished dough per batch rather than flour weight. The addendum notes that the Department of Corrections currently operates the same mixer model being procured. The bid closing remains scheduled for April 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time, and all changes noted in this addendum supersede previously submitted documents and must be included with bid submissions.
The addendum contains no information regarding pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, or funding requirements, as these details are addressed in the primary bid solicitation documents. Respondents are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum by completing and submitting the included form with their business name, address, contact information, and authorized signature. All other specifications from the original bid invitation remain unchanged and valid. Interested vendors should reference the complete bid and addendum documents available on the New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services website or contact the purchasing agent, Jonah Rosa, at NH.Purchasing@das.nh.gov for additional information.
