About this opportunity
The City of Philadelphia is soliciting bids for a Special Collections micro purchase (B2728059) with bids due October 8, 2026. The procurement will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever serves the City's best interest, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Sellers must quote all items to be eligible for award consideration. Vendors must submit item specifications with their bids and maintain firm pricing throughout the hold period. No delivery or services shall commence until the department provides formal notification.
Participation requires submission of a signed Consent and Authorization Agreement through PHLContracts.phila.gov, the City's eProcurement platform, prior to the bid closing deadline. The agreement establishes that all transactions are electronic and binding. Signature requirements vary by entity type: corporations require signatures from a President or Vice President and a Secretary, Treasurer, or Assistant Treasurer; limited liability companies, partnerships, and sole proprietorships require signatures from partners, owners, or duly authorized representatives. Failure to submit a properly executed agreement results in quotes being deemed non-responsive.
Vendors may voluntarily self-identify as LGBTQ-owned businesses on the included LGBTQ Applicant Data Form for diversity and inclusion tracking purposes. Additional project details and specifications are available via a referenced URL. Questions regarding PHLContracts submission requirements may be directed to Customer Service at 215-686-4755, 215-686-4720, 215-686-4721, or PHLContracts@phila.gov.
