UNSPSC 24121507: Rigid set up boxes

UNSPSC 24121507 Rigid set up boxes is a Commodity code covering the procurement of corrugated paper containers and rigid boxes for operational and custodial supply chains in state and local government. State and local buyers under this code include school districts and state procurement offices sourcing boxes for general supply distribution and agency operations. The scope covers corrugated paper containers in multiple configurations, sized and specified to match individual agency needs, typically procured through competitive bidding with per-unit or per-order pricing structures and potential renewal options.

Recent activity spans California and Texas. The State of California issued RFB RFB-IS-26200561 for corrugated paper containers and boxes on February 16, 2026, with bids due March 2, 2026, to support multiple state agency requirements with competitive per-unit or per-order pricing. Northside Independent School District in San Antonio, Texas posted RFP 2026-071 on May 13, 2026, for custodial supplies (including boxes and related materials) with a June 4, 2026 response deadline; this RFP replaced an expiring contract and required all incumbent vendors to resubmit to maintain business continuity. Set-aside designations for small business, disabled veteran-owned, or other disadvantaged enterprises may apply under state purchasing regulations, though specific designations vary by jurisdiction.
