This is a one-time purchase order for delivery to Bear Brook State Park Maintenance Facility in Allenstown, New Hampshire by August 3, 2026.
The scope covers approximately 26,300 signs across fifty-one distinct types for ATV, snowmobile, and general trail management purposes. Quantities per sign type range from 50 units (Snowmobile Speed Limit 45 MPH) to 3,000 units each (Object Marker and Orange Blaze signs). Bidders must submit pricing for all listed items; partial bids are not acceptable. Signs ordered for approximately 108 snowmobile clubs must be individually packaged and labeled per specifications provided by the Trails Bureau; all remaining signs shall be packed in bundles of 50, with bundles of 25 permitted for quantities exceeding increments of 50.
Award will be made to the responsible vendor submitting a conforming bid at the lowest total cost. Bid prices must remain firm for the entire contract period and include all delivery and associated costs without additional charges. Pricing is F.O.B. Destination. The successful vendor must warrant all equipment for not less than one year or the manufacturer's standard period, whichever is greater, covering 100 percent of parts, shipping, labor, travel, lodging, and expenses. Vendors must be registered to conduct business in New Hampshire and maintain a completed Vendor Application Package with the Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to award. Questions are due in writing by June 10, 2026, with state responses by June 12, 2026. Bid opening will be conducted electronically via Microsoft Teams and is open to the public.
