Save Lives Condomize

The State of Illinois Department of Public Health is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for customized promotional items featuring the "Save Lives Condomize" logo. The agency is seeking quotes for 3,500 custom single pocket coin pouches, 1,500 custom jumbo magnetic memo clips, and 5,000 custom 3" x 4" Post-it notepads, all printed with the "Save Lives Condomize" logo. These promotional items will be distributed at conferences, Health Departments, and other events as part of the state's "Getting to Zero" campaign to promote condom use and reduce the spread of HIV. Vendors must indicate if they can meet the specific product requirements and provide total pricing for each item. The quote must be valid for 90 days and include all expenses, with the state reserving the right to reject all offers or individual offers that fail to meet any requirement. The bid opening date is June 9, 2023.

The RFQ does not specify any set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond. No incumbent vendors or current contractors are listed, and the RFQ does not provide any information on existing infrastructure or technology that requires integration. The RFQ also does not include any details on possible award values or budget ranges for this procurement.
