Insurance requirements include comprehensive general liability with $2 million general aggregate and $1 million per occurrence limits, $1 million business automobile liability per accident, workers' compensation at statutory limits with employer liability coverage, and course of construction insurance at 100% of completed work value. A 100% Performance and Payment Bond is required prior to GMP award. One-year warranty on the entire project begins from final acceptance.
