Insurance requirements include general liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence; Option B also requires automotive liability of $500,000 per person and $1,000,000 per occurrence. Liquidated damages are assessed for late collection ($100 per incident), unsanitary conditions ($100 per incident), failure to submit required reports ($50 per day), and disposal of non-contaminated recyclables without marketing ($5,000 per incident). All proposals must be submitted online; in-person submissions are not accepted. Questions must be submitted via PennBid by October 1, 2026.
