The scope comprises three Envirosight Rovver X 130 Inspection Systems (including operator pendant, wireless controller, pan/tilt color zoom camera, steerable motorized crawler, and motorized automatic cable drum with 1000 feet of transmission cable), three DigiSewer DS3 Side Scanning AI Cameras, and nine tire and wheel assemblies in small, medium, and large configurations (grooved rubber wheels and metallic aggressive wheels). Vendors may submit approved equivalent products, which must be ready for immediate placement into service and include installation if necessary. All equipment must be compatible with the existing Envirosight system in place. A minimum one-year warranty on all major components is required, with the vendor obligated to provide loaner equipment at no cost to the County if repair time exceeds one week.

Delivery is to the Department of Water Resources at 684 Winder Highway, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30045-5012, between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Bids must be submitted in duplicate with a completed bid schedule, minimum three references demonstrating similar purchases, Code of Ethics affidavit, and Certification of Non-Collusion.
