A critical performance requirement is completion of plat reviews for statutory and local compliance within 21 calendar days. The Selection Committee will recommend a minimum of two qualified firms for ongoing services. Minimum qualifications include at least five years of experience in surveying and mapping services, five years of recent experience serving Florida local governments, current business tax registration, E-Verify compliance, and proof of required insurance: Professional Liability of $2 million per claim/aggregate, Commercial General Liability of $1 million per occurrence, Commercial Auto Liability of $1 million combined single limit, and Umbrella/Excess Liability of $1 million.
