Minimum qualifications required include at least five years of surveying and mapping experience, five years of recent experience serving Florida local governments, current business tax registration, E-Verify compliance, and specific insurance requirements: Professional Liability of $2 million per claim/aggregate, Commercial General Liability of $1 million per occurrence, Commercial Auto Liability of $1 million combined single limit, and Umbrella/Excess Liability of $1 million. Respondents were required to submit notarized Conflict of Interest Statements, Non-Collusion/Lobbying Certifications, Human Trafficking Affidavits, Debarment Certifications, Foreign Countries of Concern Attestations, and a minimum of three references with similar scope. The Selection Committee determined that a minimum of two qualified firms would be recommended for ongoing services based on evaluation criteria totaling 100 points across business/firm history, project team qualifications and experience, similar projects experience, quality control and litigation history, workload capacity, approach to engagement, and existing relationships.

RFP-26-073-GR Professional Services – Surveying & Mapping

On June 26, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. local time, eight (8) for the above-referenced solicitation were received and opened in the Procurement Division.

This letter serves as official notice that the City of Altamonte Springs intends to recommend award of a contract to the following vendors:

• Southeastern Surveying and Mapping Coporation

• DRMP, Inc.

• ETM Surveying & Mapping, Inc.
