About this file
This addendum clarifies requirements for RFP-26-073-GR, Professional Services - Surveying & Mapping Services, issued by the City of Altamonte Springs, Florida. The solicitation seeks proposals from experienced firms or individuals to provide surveying and mapping services on a continuing, as-needed basis with future task assignments issued under the contract. Proposals are due Friday, June 26, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The addendum addresses two key questions: respondents may include ongoing projects alongside completed projects in the Similar Projects section, and respondents must demonstrate staffing capacity to meet the City's needs throughout the entire contract period, with particular attention to plat reviews for statutory and local compliance that must be completed within 21 calendar days.
Respondents should acknowledge receipt of this addendum to avoid their submittals being deemed non-responsive. While the solicitation requests a statement of the firm's capacity to perform work within the required schedule and the availability of the proposed project team, respondents may provide project schedules as appropriate to demonstrate their ability to meet timeframes and deadlines. Only written questions answered through formal addendum are binding; oral interpretations carry no legal effect. Questions must be submitted by the established due date for consideration.

Addendum No. 1
DATE: June 12, 2026 TO: All Respondents and Interested Parties FROM: Gabriela Ruela
Be advised of the following changes, additions, deletions, information, and/or clarifications to the subject solicitation. Only written questions answered in writing by formal Addendum will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Questions received after the due date for questions will not be given any consideration. Respondents are reminded to review the original solicitation and all issued addenda, if applicable. Respondents must acknowledge all issued addenda, if any. Failure to acknowledge may result in the Respondent’s submittal being deemed non-responsive.
The Solicitation is hereby changed accordingly:
Q1: Similar Projects (Fourth Tab), May respondents include ongoing projects in the Similar
Projects section, or must all project examples be fully completed projects?
A1: Yes. Similar projects may include ongoing or completed projects.
Q2: Approach to the Engagement (Seventh Tab), This item requests “a statement of the firm’s capacity to perform the work within the required schedule,” including the availability of the proposed project team throughout the expected project timeframe.
Since this solicitation is for continuing, as-needed surveying and mapping services with future task assignments issued under the contract, please clarify whether respondents are expected to provide a project schedule. If so, what schedule or timeframe should be used when responding to this requirement?
A2: Respondents are expected to have staffing capacity to meet the City’s needs throughout the entire contract period. Certain surveying and mapping services like plat reviews for statutory and local compliance need to be completed within 21 calendar days.
Respondents are expected to have capacity to meet these deadlines. Respondents may provide project schedule to ensure timeframes and deadlines are met.
